Shah Alam Metal Gath 2010 (Short Review)

Setelah hampir 3 tahun kalo tak silap aku Shah Alam sunyi dengan gath mcm ni. Bukan ape, cume shah alam ni x de tempat nak buat gath mcm ni kalo ade pun diluar Shah Alam.

Kali ni bertempat kat Alunan Symphony Studio, PJ menampilkan beberapa band baru & lama shah alam tp macam biasa, last minit banyak band yg x jadi nak main such as Claw, Dark Regime, Firasah & Insultor.

Opening band untuk Shah Alam Gath, Deforming Torture band baru yang tengah laku & banyak main gig sejak dua menjak ni. 1 guitar and no bass memang rabak! aku x tahu la kalo ini lineup dorang sbb aku x penah tgk dorang main sebelum ni. Ade skit elemen grind and little bit brutal death metal dlm lagu dorang. Aku x berapa nak igt lagu ape yang dorang bawak mostly byk new song dr dorang & a few cover song from Terrorizer. Cume vox band ni mcm nerd sgt! x ganeh langsung asal nak introduce next song mesti nak tersengih. DAMN!

Lepas Deforming Torture, muncul band yang penuh dengan kegelapan dan semangat ke"hutan"an Black Abyss. 3 cover song from IN (Hate & Horny of the Horned) & Bathory (Hades) + couple of their new song kalo x silap aku. Kali ni muncul bersih tanpa corspe paint. Sound balance cume sound gitar agak berlumut skit. Bunyi mcm main dlm laut.


Crossover Thrash D-Beat Attack plak on the stage, Intro Slayer, 3 old song with 2 new song. Atomic Death yang sebelum main gath ni dorang ade perfome gig kat Noisy Studio supporting act for China band yang dtg sini jumaat malam lepas. Music wise cume sound guitar x berape kene ngan genre yang dorng main, aku x pasti kalo dorang mmg nk sound mcm ni sbb terlalu noisy sgt + tajam, lenggok lagu dorang x dgr. Aku raser kalo dorang dapat sound clean untuk gitar, crust thrash dorang lagi nampak dr sound skrg yg dorang gunakan.


Lepas Atomic Death, another crust dbeat on stage, Penyangak tapi mase ni aku turun bawah pekena coke kat kedai mamak.


Aku cume dapat snap last band, A.S.A.R old school rock, semua cover song. aku raser da mcm tgk guitar hero punye show case. Banyak solo dr lagu! DAMN! yang aku ingt cover song from Anuar Zain ngan Alleycats. WTF? this is not old school rock? DAMN!


Ni je antara band yang sempat tgk, yang lain tu aku x sempat sgt. Special band pun x jadi.
